A Famosa Resort

I went to the A Famosa Resort for the first time in 2002. Actually my family and I were renting several chalets at Tanjung Bidara, Melaka when my brother suggested we visit the resort while we were there. We decided to visit the Resort at night and experience it's Cowboy's  Town.We arrived around 8.30 pm.

The Town offered several delights to be experienced by visitors. There were flame-trowing show, fireworks, some rides and shops. Since we came quite late, we stayed only for a couple of hours but we promised our self that we will come again someday.

Someday came more than 6 years later. This time we decided to experience the Resort's Safari Park. We arrived just before 11 am. We started our visit by riding a safari vehicle and touring around the park in the vehicle. It is one way of seeing the animals without tiring our self. Since, we were actually pressed for time to see the afternoon shows, we had to miss the monkeys island.

We managed to see four shows, the Cowboys (my favorite), the birds, the animals and the elephants. I loved all the shows and think that it was worth every sen that I had to pay (The fees was RM50/person because of school holiday)

By the way, I can't seem to find where I saved the other pictures from this visit. These are the only pictures left in my hard disk.
